  • How can I rent a unit?

    You can call us on Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, or Saturday-Sunday, 9:00 AM - 5:00PM, and we can rent a unit to you in about 10 minutes. You can also rent a unit online on our website as well.

  • Are there any items we are not allowed to store?

    Yes, to ensure the security and safety of our facilities we cannot have hazardous or flammable materials, illegal goods, food or organic material, guns, ammunition, explosives, or products that may potentially pose a risk to the environment.

  • Can I share access to the space with my family and co-workers?

    The unit should only be accessed by the person we are renting to as that is who is responsible for it. If someone else needs access, please let us know.

  • Is there a fence surrounding the facility?

    Contact us as certain locations are fenced and others are not.

  • How do I access my storage unit?

    Upon renting a unit, you will receive access instructions via text and email that will include either a gate access code or lock code along with your assigned unit number.

  • Is Move-out notice required?

    Only 10 day notice is required, so please email and/or call us, this will enable us time to prepare for the next person on our waiting list. You will get a schedule move out confirmation once requested.

  • Do you offer long-term contracts?

    No, all of our contracts are month to month.

  • What are your hours of operation?

    Our storage facilities can be accessed from 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. Our support hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, and Saturday-Sunday, 9:00 AM - 5:00PM
